community TRANSPORT

Our community car scheme allows our volunteer drivers to take clients to:

• hospital and other medical appointments
• most other appointments related to health and wellbeing
• visit friends and relatives in hospital or residential homes

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A VOLUNTEER-LED SERVICE.
WE AIM TO COMPLETE AS MANY BOOKINGS AS POSSIBLE BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN FULFIL EVERY SINGLE REQUEST.

Bookings

We ask that clients give us as much notice as they can when booking an appointment and if you no longer need the appointment to cancel as soon as possible. Please also let our office staff know at the time of booking if you have any mobility issues or special requirements. This service runs between the hours of 8.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday. 

suggested donation

All of our transport bookings have a suggested donation that we will advise you of at the time of booking.
