Wellbeing walksOur new wellbeing walks offer a gentle and enjoyable way to improve physical and mental wellbeing while connecting with others.
Led by trained volunteers, these walks are designed to be inclusive, welcoming and suitable for a range of abilities. Whether you're looking to become more active, enjoy nature or simply have a friendly chat, our wellbeing walks provide a supportive environment where everyone is welcome. What to Expect
